Common use of Identification of Arbitrator Clause in Contracts

Identification of Arbitrator. Within 30 days after the other Party's receipt of such demand, the Parties will mutually determine who the arbitrator(s) will be. If the Parties are unable to agree on the arbitrator(s) within that time period, the arbitrator(s) will be selected by the AAA. In any event, the arbitrator(s) will have a background in, and knowledge of, the information technology services industry and will be an appropriate person based on the nature of the Dispute.
