Identification of Loan Trustee’s Interest. Company agrees to affix as promptly as practicable after the Closing Date and thereafter to maintain in the cockpit of the Aircraft, in a clearly visible location, and (if not prevented by applicable law or regulations or by any government) on each Engine, a nameplate bearing the inscription “MORTGAGED TO U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS LOAN TRUSTEE” (such nameplate to be replaced, if necessary, with a nameplate reflecting the name of any successor Loan Trustee).
