Identification of Loan Trustee’s Interest. If not prevented by applicable law or regulations or by any government, the Company agrees to affix as promptly as practicable after the Closing Date and thereafter to maintain in the cockpit of the Aircraft, in a clearly visible location, and on each Engine, a nameplate bearing the inscription “MORTGAGED TO WILMINGTON TRUST COMPANY, AS LOAN TRUSTEE” (such nameplate to be replaced, if necessary, with a nameplate reflecting the name of any successor Loan Trustee). Such placards may be removed temporarily, if necessary, in the course of maintenance of the Airframe or Engines. If any such nameplate is damaged beyond repair or becomes illegible, the Company shall promptly replace it with a nameplate complying with the requirements of this Section.
