Identification of Named Fiduciaries and Designees. The Named Administrative Fiduciary and the Named Investment Fiduciary under the Plan shall each be identified to the Trustee in writing by the Employer, and specimen signatures of each, or of each member thereof, as appropriate, shall be provided to the Trustee by the Employer.
