IDENTIFICATION OF NOVEL VALIDATED TARGETS. Novartis shall notify the CMC in writing of any Novel Validated Targets identified by Novartis during the Research Period of each At-Novartis Project promptly after its identification. Such notice shall be accompanied with a report and sufficient data which establish that the validation criteria predetermined pursuant to Section 2.2.2
