Identification of Servicer(s). Each Servicer of any Mortgage Loans shall be identified in writing to the Buyer and must be acceptable to the Buyer in its sole reasonable discretion. The Seller shall provide written notification to the Buyer within two (2) Business Days of any rating agency reducing the credit or servicer rating applicable to any Servicer.
