Customer shall supply Users access to the Data Products and Subscribed Output only in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

The Borrower will be required to identify in a completed Authorized Signatory Letter (ASL) duly delivered to and received by the Bank each person who will be authorized to deliver Applications. The Bank will provide SIDC to each person identified in the ASL (Signatory), as provided below. The Borrower shall also immediately notify the Bank if a Signatory is no longer authorized by the Borrower to act as a Signatory. 2. Each Signatory must register as a user on the Bank’s Client Connection (CC) website (xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxx.xxx ) prior to receipt of his/her SIDC. Registration on CC will require that the Signatory establish a CC password (CC Password). The Signatory shall not reveal his/her CC Password to anyone or store or record the CC Password in written or other form. Upon registration as a CC user, the Signatory will be assigned a unique identifying account name.

StreetLight acknowledges that Customer may deliver the Subscribed Output to named consultants who are performing subcontracting services in support of a specific Subscription Order. As a 28E organization formed under Iowa Code Chapter 28E, Customer may also share the Subscribed Output to members of the Customer in support of the purpose outlined in Section 2.2. Customer shall be responsible for ensuring that Users access the Subscribed Output and Data Products only in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.

Related to Identification of Users

  • Identification Cards Identification (“ID”) cards are issued by Us for identification purposes only. Possession of any ID card confers no right to services or benefits under this Contract. To be entitled to such services or benefits, Your Premiums must be paid in full at the time that the services are sought to be received.

  • Identification When performing work on District property, Contractor shall be in appropriate work attire (or uniform, if applicable) at all times. If Contractor does not have a specific uniform, then Contractor shall provide identification tags and/or any other mechanism the District in its sole discretion determines is required to easily identify Contractor.
