Identify Named Users Clause Samples

The 'Identify Named Users' clause requires the parties to specify which individuals are authorized to access or use a particular product, service, or system under the agreement. Typically, this involves providing a list of names or unique identifiers for each user, and may require updates if personnel change during the contract term. This clause ensures that only approved users can utilize the service, helping to prevent unauthorized access and manage licensing or subscription compliance.
