Identity of Brokers. The parties hereto represent to each other that ------------------- they dealt with no finder, broker or consultant in connection with this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereby except for Neilston Investments Ltd. and Development Resources International Limited (the "Brokers") which have been engaged by Seller to assist as brokers in the sale of the Hotel. Seller shall be responsible for payment of the commissions owing to the Brokers out of the Purchase Price payable at Closing.
