Common use of Identity of Transfer Agent Clause in Contracts

Identity of Transfer Agent. The Transfer Agent for the Common Stock is Equiserve. Upon the appointment of any subsequent transfer agent for the Common Stock or other shares of the Company’s capital stock issuable upon the exercise of the rights of purchase represented by the Warrant, the Company will mail to the Warrantholder a statement setting forth the name and address of such transfer agent.
