If by Death or Disability. If Executive dies during the Post-Change Period or if Executive has a Separation from Service during the Post-Change Period by reason of Executive’s Disability, WPX’s sole obligation to Executive under this Agreement shall be to pay Executive a lump-sum cash amount equal to all Accrued Obligations.
