If Concurrent or after Completion of Construction Documents. If the Construction Documents are completed, the GMP Change Order and the Construction Documents Change Order may be proposed concurrently; or, the GMP Change Order may be proposed no later than thirty (30) days following the Construction Documents Change Order.
