IF NO RFP ISSUED. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, CONSULTANT agrees to provide the services and tasks described in that certain proposal of CONSULTANT entitled “INSERT TITLE OF PROPOSAL” dated INSERT DATE OF PROPOSAL (hereinafter, the “CONSULTANT Proposal”) which is attached and incorporated hereto as Exhibit “A”. CONSULTANT further agrees to furnish to CITY all labor, materials, tools, supplies, equipment, services, tasks and incidental and customary work necessary to competently perform and timely complete the services and tasks set forth in the Scope of Work. For the purposes of this Agreement the aforementioned services and tasks set forth in the Scope of Work shall hereinafter be referred to generally by the capitalized term “Work.”
