If Payment or Performance Date. Is Other Than a Business Day. If the specified or last date for the making of any payment, the performance of any act or the exercising of any right, as provided in this Loan Agreement, shall be a day other than a Business Day, such payment may be made or act performed or right exercised on the next succeeding Business Day with the same effect as if made, performed or exercised on the specified date; provided that interest shall accrue during any such period during which payment shall not occur.
