If the Independent Tester. s appointment is terminated otherwise than for full performance, the parties shall liaise and co-operate with each other in order to appoint, in accordance with this Clause 15.5 (Replacement), a replacement consultant to act as the Independent Tester as soon as reasonably practicable. The identity of any such replacement shall be as agreed by the parties and the terms of his appointment shall, unless otherwise agreed, be as set out in the Independent Tester Contract.
