If the Licensor ends Clause Samples

If the Licensor ends this Licence under this clause, the Licensor may remove the Licensee’s property and store it at the Licensee’s expense without being liable to the Licensee for trespass, detinue, conversion or negligence. After storing it for at least one month, the Licensor may sell or dispose of the property by auction or private sale. It may apply any proceeds of the auction or sale towards any arrears of Rent or other moneys or towards any loss or damage or towards the payment of storage and other expenses.
