Common use of IFC Reliance Clause in Contracts

IFC Reliance. The Company acknowledges that it has made the representations and warranties in Section 6.01 (Representations and Warranties), with the intention of inducing IFC to enter into this Agreement and each of the other Transaction Documents to which it is a party and to make the IFC Subscription and that IFC has entered into this Agreement and each of the other Transaction Documents to which it is a party and made the IFC Subscription on the basis of and in full reliance on such representations and warranties.

IFC Reliance. The Company acknowledges that it has made the representations and warranties in Section 6.01 5.01 (Representations and WarrantiesWarranties of the Company), with the intention of inducing IFC to enter into this Agreement and each of the other Transaction Documents to which it is a party and to make the IFC Subscription and that IFC has entered into this Agreement and each of the other Transaction Documents to which it is a party and made the IFC Subscription on the basis of and in full reliance on such representations and warranties. Each of the representations and warranties is to be construed independently and (except where this Agreement provides otherwise) is not limited by any provision of this Agreement or another representation and/or warranty.
