iGrafx’s Limited Warranties. iGrafx warrants that it has the legal power to enter into this Agreement, and (ii) the Cloud Services shall perform substantially as described in the applicable Documentation. For breach of warranty by iGrafx, Your exclusive remedy shall be as provided in Section 12.2 (Termination for Cause) and Section 12.3 (Refund or Payment on Termination).
