Common use of IHS Stock Clause in Contracts

IHS Stock. IHS has duly authorized and reserved for issuance the IHS Shares to be issued in connection herewith, and, when issued in accordance with the terms of Section 7, such IHS Shares will be validly issued, fully paid, and nonassessable and free of preemptive rights. IHS has complied, or will comply in a timely manner, and will act in compliance, with all applicable Governmental Requirements with respect to the issuance of the IHS Shares.

IHS Stock. IHS has duly authorized and reserved for issuance the IHS Shares Stock to be issued in connection herewith, and, when issued in accordance with the terms of Section Article 7, such IHS Shares Stock will be validly issued, fully paid, and nonassessable non-assessable and free of preemptive rights. IHS has complied, or will comply in a timely manner, and will act in compliance, with all applicable Governmental Requirements with respect to the issuance of the IHS Shares.

IHS Stock. IHS has duly authorized and reserved for issuance the IHS Shares Stock to be issued in connection herewith, and, and when issued in accordance with the terms of Section 7, paragraph 14 such IHS Shares Stock will be validly issued, fully paid, paid and nonassessable and free of preemptive rights. IHS has complied, or will comply in a timely manner, and will act in compliance, compliance with all applicable Governmental Requirements with respect to the issuance of the IHS SharesStock.

IHS Stock. IHS has duly authorized and reserved for issuance the IHS Shares to be issued in connection herewith, with this Agreement and, when issued in accordance with the terms of Section 76 of this Agreement, such IHS Shares will be validly issued, fully paid, paid and nonassessable and free of preemptive rights. IHS has complied, or will comply in a timely manner, and will act in compliance, with all applicable Governmental Requirements with respect to the issuance of the IHS Sharesnonassessable.
