Illegal Activity/Forfeiture. (a) No portion of the Property has been or will be purchased, improved, equipped or furnished with proceeds of any illegal activity and to the best of Borrower’s knowledge, there are no illegal activities or activities relating to controlled substances at the Property.
(b) There has not been and shall never be committed by Borrower or, to the knowledge of Borrower, any other Person in occupancy of or involved with the operation or use of the Property any act or omission affording the federal government or any state or local government the right of forfeiture as against the Property or any part thereof or any monies paid in performance of Borrower’s obligations under this Agreement, the Note, the Security Instrument or the other Loan Documents. Borrower hereby covenants and agrees not to commit, permit or suffer to exist any act or omission affording such right of forfeiture.
Illegal Activity/Forfeiture. (a) No portion of any Individual Property or any Applicable Collateral has been or will be purchased, improved, equipped or furnished with proceeds of any illegal activity and to the best of Borrower’s knowledge, there are no illegal activities at any Individual Property.
(b) There has not been committed by Borrower or its Affiliates or, to Borrower’s knowledge, by any other Person in occupancy of or involved with the operation or use of any Individual Property or the ownership of the Applicable Collateral and there shall never be committed by Borrower or its Affiliates, any act or omission affording the federal government or any state or local government the right of forfeiture as against the Property or any part thereof or any monies paid in performance of Borrower’s obligations under this Agreement, the Note, the Pledge Agreement or the other Loan Documents. Borrower hereby covenants and agrees not to commit any act or omission affording such right of forfeiture.

Borrower hereby covenants and agrees not to commit any act or omission affording such right of forfeiture.

(b) To Borrower’s knowledge, there has not been and shall never be committed by Mortgage Borrower, Mezzanine A Borrower, Borrower or any other Person in occupancy of or involved with the operation or use of the Property any act or omission affording the federal government or any state or local government the right of forfeiture as against the Property or any part thereof or any monies paid in performance of Borrower’s obligations under this Agreement, the Note, the Pledge Agreement or the other Loan Documents. Borrower hereby covenants and agrees not to commit, permit or suffer to exist any act or omission affording such right of forfeiture.

(b) There has not been committed by Borrower or, to Borrower’s knowledge, any other Person in occupancy of or involved with the operation or use of the Property any act or omission affording the federal government or any state or local government the right of forfeiture as against any Individual Property or any part thereof or any monies paid in performance of Borrower’s obligations under this Agreement, the Note, the Security Instrument or the other Loan Documents.

(a) No portion of the Property has been or will be purchased, improved, equipped or furnished with proceeds of any illegal activity and to the best of Borrower’s knowledge, there are no illegal activities or activities relating to controlled substances at the Property (including, without limitation, any growing, distributing and/or dispensing of medical marijuana).
(b) There has not been and shall never be committed by Borrower or any other person in occupancy of or involved with the operation or use of the Property any act or omission affording the federal government or any state or local government the right of forfeiture as against the Property or any part thereof or any monies paid in performance of Borrower’s obligations under this Agreement, the Note, the Security Instrument or the other Loan Documents. Borrower hereby covenants and agrees not to commit, permit or suffer to exist any act or omission affording such right of forfeiture. Borrower also hereby covenants and agrees that it shall not commit, permit or suffer to exist any illegal activities or activities relating to controlled substances at the Property (including, without limitation, any growing, distributing and/or dispensing of medical marijuana).
Illegal Activity/Forfeiture. 6.10.1 No portion of the Suite will be purchased, improved, equipped or furnished by Tenant or any Affiliate of Tenant, including without limitation Tenant's predecessors-in-interest, with proceeds of any illegal activity and to the best of Tenant's knowledge, there are no illegal activities or activities relating to controlled substances in violation of applicable Legal Requirements to be conducted in the Suite.
6.10.2 There has not been and shall never be committed by Tenant, or any other person under the reasonable control of Tenant to be in occupancy of or involved with the operation or use of the Suite, any act or omission affording the federal government or any state or local government the right of forfeiture as against the Suite, the Property or any material part thereof or any monies paid in performance of Tenant's obligations under the Lease. Tenant hereby covenants and agrees not to commit or knowingly permit or suffer to exist any act or omission affording such right of forfeiture.
Illegal Activity/Forfeiture. (a) To Borrower’s knowledge, no portion of the Property has been or will be purchased, improved, equipped or furnished with proceeds of any illegal activity and to the best of Borrower’s knowledge, there are no illegal activities or activities relating to controlled substances (including any regulated by the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. Sections 801 et seq.), as amended from time to time, and any successor statute) at the Property.
(b) There has not been and shall never be committed by Borrower, any of its Affiliates or, to Borrower’s knowledge, any other person in occupancy of or involved with the operation or use of the Property any act or omission affording the federal government or any state or local government the right of forfeiture as against the Property or any part thereof or any monies paid in performance of Borrower’s obligations under this Agreement, the Note, the Mortgage, or the other Loan Documents. Borrower hereby covenants and agrees not to commit, permit or suffer to exist any act or omission affording such right of forfeiture.
(c) No Borrower Party nor any of any of their respective directors, officers, employees or Affiliates has taken any action, directly or indirectly, that violates any Anti-Corruption Laws or Anti-Money Laundering Laws.
(d) No proceeds of the Loan have been used, directly or indirectly, by Borrower or its directors, officers, employees, agents or representatives in furtherance of an offer, payment, promise to pay, or authorization of the payment or giving, of money or anything else of value, to any Person in violation of any Anti-Corruption Laws or Anti-Money Laundering Laws.
Illegal Activity/Forfeiture. (a) No portion of the Property has been purchased, improved, equipped or furnished with proceeds of any illegal activity and to the best of Borrower’s knowledge, there are no illegal activities or activities relating to controlled substances at the Property.
(b) There has not been committed by Borrower or any other Person in occupancy of or involved with the operation or use of the Property any act or omission affording the federal government or any state or local government the right of forfeiture as against the Property or any part thereof or any monies paid in performance of Borrower’s obligations under this Agreement, the Note, the Security Instrument or the other Loan Documents.
