In the event that it is determined that an employee has been improperly classified such employee shall be reclassified effective immediately and the Employer shall restore such benefits. In addition, such employee shall be paid the equivalent of the cost of any benefits that are not restored to which that employee would have been entitled if the employee had been properly classified.
