Illegal and Immoral Activities. Not to carry on or permit the Property or any thereof to be used for any illegal or immoral activity or exhibit any notice board or notice whatsoever on any portion of the Property or use tem or any part thereof for any other purpose other than that of a strictly private residence.

  • Illegal Activities Seller shall not engage in any conduct or activity that could subject its assets to forfeiture or seizure.
