Illegal Content. If in the course of examination of computers, telephones, or other electronic devices, or in the examination of electronic media, software content or materials in hard copy form, Palo Alto Networks observes or otherwise encounters what may be considered illegal contraband, Palo Alto Networks reserves the right to make disclosure to law enforcement. In such an event, and to the extent Palo Alto Networks reasonably believes it is permitted by applicable law, Palo Alto Networks will notify You of its intention to disclose the existence and/or content to the appropriate authorities.

Illegal Content. You agree not to use the Service other than for its intended purpose, including but not limited to by accessing data that You have no right to access, downloading data that is illegal or violates the rights of third parties, or using the Service for unlawful purposes. If the TBS Access Code is disclosed to any person, the Account Holder must forthwith give the Bank written notice thereof, thereupon the Account Holder shall immediately cease to use the TBS Access Code. (b) Unless and until the Bank receives such written notice of disclosure, the Account Holder shall be fully liable and be bound by all transactions effected by the use of such TBS, with or without his consent or knowledge.
