Illegal Instructions Sample Clauses

Illegal Instructions. [Institution] shall notify ACI FMA immediately if it considers that an instruction from ACI FMA is in breach of European Data Protection Law, and [Institution] shall be entitled but not obliged to suspend execution of the instructions concerned, until ACI FMA confirms such instructions in writing.
