ILLEGAL OR UNENFORCEABLE. If, any part, term, or provision of this Agreement shall he found illegal, unenforceable, or in conflict with any valid controlling Law, the validity of the remaining portions of any provisions, and any other provisions in this Agreement, shall not be affected thereby.
