ILLEGALITY AND PARTIAL INVALIDITY. 22.1 If at any time any provision of this Agreement should become or be declared unlawful, invalid, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under the law of any jurisdiction, neither the validity, legality or enforceability of the remaining provisions nor the validity, legality or enforceability of such provision under the law of any other jurisdiction shall be affected.
