Common use of Illinois Law Clause in Contracts

Illinois Law. This Agreement and the rights of the parties hereunder, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois. Both parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of any state or federal court located within Cook Xxxnty, Illinois, which is the location of the Company's principal office, and agree that any litigation or other proceeding instituted hereunder shall be brought in such county and state.
