Common use of Illness of Person Residing in Household Clause in Contracts

Illness of Person Residing in Household. A leave may be granted to a full-time faculty member to care for an individual who has established a legal residence with the faculty member, upon the request of the faculty member and with the approval of the President. At least sixty (60) days before the expiration date of the leave, the faculty member must submit in writing to the Executive Director of Human Resources either his/her intention to return as agreed, or a request for an extension of the leave.
