IMMEDIATE COMPLIANCE. 10.11.1. Notwithstanding anything in the Contract to the contrary, if the Secretary of the Department reasonably determines that CONTRACTOR’s noncompliance with a term of condition of the Contract may adversely affect the security of the Facility or present a hazard to the safety or health of inmate or other individuals, CONTRACTOR shall be notified and directed to immediately correct non-compliance.
