Common use of Immediate Repairs Clause in Contracts

Immediate Repairs. Borrower shall use commercially reasonable efforts to promptly perform (or cause the performance of) the Immediate Repairs. Upon Lxxxxx’s request, Borrower shall provide evidence reasonably acceptable to Lender of the completion of such Immediate Repairs.
