Immediate Termination on Notice. If an Insolvency Event has occurred in respect of the Provider and if, at any time thereafter, the Purchasers give notice to the Provider of termination of this Agreement and all of the Services, this Agreement and all the Services shall end immediately by reason of a deemed breach of this Agreement by the Provider.
