Immediate Transfer Sample Clauses

The Immediate Transfer clause establishes that ownership or rights to certain assets, property, or interests are transferred instantly upon the occurrence of a specified event, such as the signing of an agreement or completion of payment. In practice, this means that as soon as the triggering condition is met, the transfer is legally effective without delay or the need for further action by either party. This clause ensures certainty and efficiency in transactions by eliminating waiting periods and reducing the risk of disputes over when the transfer takes effect.
