Immediately. 1. Notify EOHHS when the Contractor has reason to consider insolvency or otherwise has reason to believe it or any subcontractor is other than financially sound and stable, or when financial difficulties are significant enough for the chief executive officer or chief financial officer to notify the Contractor’s board of the potential for insolvency. (Section 2.11.B) 2. Notify EOHHS of any material negative change in the Contractor’s financial status that could render the Contractor unable to comply with any requirement of this Contract, or that is significant enough for the chief executive officer or chief financial officer to notify its Board of the potential for insolvency. (Section 2.11.C)
