Immoral conduct. Willful or persistent violation of the Education Code or per Title 5 regulations of the State of California, any college policy, procedure, or regulation, or of any provision of this Agreement.

33.3 If, in the opinion of an employee's supervisor, justifiable cause exists for immediate dismissal, a memo will be sent to the administrative superiors within twenty-four (24) hours of the dismissal, and a copy will be mailed to the employee.
