Common use of Immovables Clause in Contracts

Immovables. All the immovable properties of the Grantor, along with all property permanently physically attached or joined thereto so as to ensure the utility thereof (including the heating and air conditioning apparatus and watertanks) and which become immovable by the effect of law, the hypothec on future immovables to become effective upon the registration of a notice to that effect in accordance with section 2949 of the Civil Code of Quebec (collectively hereinafter referred to as the "IMMOVABLES").
