Immunity From Liability for Certain Confidential Disclosures and Certain Allowed Disclosures. Executive acknowledges, agrees, and understands that (i) nothing in this Agreement prohibits him from reporting to any governmental authority or attorney information concerning suspected violations of law or regulation, provided that Executive does so consistent with 18 U.S.C. § 1833, and (ii) Executive may disclose trade secret information to a government official or to an attorney and use it in certain court proceedings without fear of prosecution or liability, provided that Executive does so consistent with 18 U.S.C. § 1833.
