Immunity of Directors, Officers and Others. The Debentureholders and the Trustee hereby waive and release any right, cause of action or remedy now or hereafter existing in any jurisdiction against any past, present or future officer, director or employee of the Corporation or holder of Common Shares of the Corporation or of any successor for the payment of the principal of or premium or interest on any of the Debentures or on any covenant, agreement, representation or warranty by the Corporation contained herein or in the Debentures.

The Debentureholders and the Trustee Debenture Agent hereby waive and release any right, cause of action or remedy now or hereafter existing in any jurisdiction against any past, present or future officer, officer or director or employee of any entity of the Corporation Corporation, any Director or any holder of Common Shares of the Corporation or of any successor thereto, for the payment of the principal of or premium or interest on any of the Debentures or on any covenant, agreement, representation or warranty by the Corporation contained herein or in the Debentures.

The Debentureholders and the Trustee hereby waive and release any right, cause of action or remedy now or hereafter existing in any jurisdiction against any organizer or any past, present or future member, trustee, officer, director or employee or agent of the Corporation Company or holder of Common Shares equity of the Corporation Company or of any successor of the foregoing for the payment of the principal of or premium or interest on any of the Debentures or on any covenant, agreement, representation or warranty by the Corporation contained herein or in the Debentures.

The Debentureholders and the Trustee hereby waive and release any right, cause of action or remedy now or hereafter existing in any jurisdiction against any past, present or future officer, director or employee of the Corporation or holder of Common Shares any successor of the Corporation or of any successor for the payment of the principal of or premium (if any) or interest on any of the Debentures or on any covenant, agreement, representation or warranty by the Corporation contained herein or in the Debentures.

The 6.25% Debentureholders and the Trustee Trustees hereby waive and release any right, cause of action or remedy now or hereafter existing in any jurisdiction against any past, present or future officer, director or employee of the Corporation Company or holder of Common Shares of the Corporation Company or of any successor for the payment of the principal of or premium or interest on any of the 6.25% Debentures or on any covenant, agreement, representation or warranty by the Corporation Company contained herein or in the 6.25% Debentures.
