The property and assets of the Facility wherever located and by whomsoever held shall be immune from: (a) search, requisition, expropriation, confiscation, nationalization and all other forms of seizure, taking or foreclosure by executive or legislative action; and

The property and other assets of the Facility Agency, wherever located and by whomsoever held held, shall be immune from: : (a) search, requisition, confiscation, expropriation, confiscation, nationalization and all or any other forms of seizure, taking or foreclosure by executive or legislative action; and (b) seizure, attachment or execution before the delivery of final judgement or award against the Agency in any proceedings.
