Immunization Data. Plans are encouraged to work with DHEC to match immunization data with plan member records.
Immunization Data. The CCN and its network providers shall utilize DHH’s Louisiana Immunization Network for Kids Statewide (LINKS) web-based immunization reporting system for the reporting of all adult and child vaccinations.
Immunization Data. The Contractor and its subcontracted Providers shall work with DHEC to match immunization data with Medicaid MCO Member records. The Contractor will provide the Department with the immunization data. The Contractor shall require its Subcontractors to provide immunization data on all claims.
