Impact of Force Majeure on JPS Payments. During the pendency of Force Majeure, the Company shall not be entitled to receive Energy Payment from JPS except for energy already received by JPS prior to the Force Majeure event; provided that if Force Majeure affects only part of the Complex, then the Company shall be entitled to receive Energy Payments for electrical energy actually delivered to JPS.
