We may evaluate applications on a case-by-case basis, including, without limitation, on the following criteria: qualifying monthly sales volume, size of average shopping cart and an account in good standing. To be eligible to apply for (and retain) our volume-based tiered merchant rate status your account must: • at all times be in good standing and not under investigation; and • have received more than the Tier 1 ceiling amount (jn the original opening currency of your account) in commercial transaction payments in the previous calendar month. If your application is rejected, you may be required only submit another application after thirty days.
