Impairment of Certain Documents. Except as otherwise expressly permitted in any Loan Document, any of the Loan Documents shall terminate, cease to be in full force and effect, or cease in whole or in part to be the legally valid, binding, and enforceable obligation of the Borrower, or any Person acting for or on behalf of the Borrower contests in any manner the validity, binding effect or enforceability or any of the Loan Documents, or the Borrower denies that it has any or further liability or obligation under any Loan Document, or the Borrower purports to revoke, terminate or rescind any Loan Document.
