Impairment of Licensor’s Rights. Whether during or after the term of this Agreement, Licensee shall not challenge or otherwise impair Licensor’s rights in the Trademarks. Licensee shall not apply for the registration of, or cause or allow the filing of an application for the registration of, a tradename, trademark or service mark which is identical to or confusingly similar to any of the Trademarks.
