Common use of Impartiality of Arbitrator Clause in Contracts

Impartiality of Arbitrator. No person shall act as neutral arbitrator who in any way has any financial or personal interest in the results of the arbitration or has any past or present relationship with any of the parties or their counsel. Failure to disclose any such interest or relation shall be grounds for vacating the award.
