Impermissible Uses and Disclosures. i. Business Associate shall not disclose the PHI of Covered Entity to another covered entity without the written authorization of Covered Entity. ii. Business Associate shall not share, use, disclose or make available any Covered Entity PHI in any form via any medium with or to any person or entity beyond the boundaries or jurisdiction of the United States without express written authorization from Covered Entity.
