Implantable Device. Payment for an implantable device, excluding eye- related implants, shall be the manufacturer’s invoice amount or the net cost to the hospital, whichever is less, plus 10 percent. Along with the hospital invoice requesting payment, submit either: o The manufacturer’s invoice; or o Other acceptable supporting documentation showing the net cost to hospital.
