Implement System. The CM/GC shall monitor costs and implement the system of cost control for the Work, revise from time to time the Construction Budget with approved changes, and develop cash flow reports and forecasts as requested by the Owner. The CM/GC shall identify variances between actual and estimated costs and report the variances to the Owner and Design Professional at regular intervals.
