Implementation contracts. Where the value of the procurement contract awarded in accordance with the provisions of Article II.9 of the General Conditions exceeds EUR 60,000, the beneficiaries shall, in addition to the provisions laid down in Article II.9, abide by the rules on procurement contained in the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Communities.
Implementation contracts. Where the value of the procurement contract awarded in accordance with the provisions of Article II.9 of the General Conditions exceeds EUR 25 000, the beneficiary shall obtain quotations from at least three suppliers and retain the one offering best value for money. The co-ordinator must clearly document the tendering procedure and retain the documentation in particular for audit purposes in accordance with article II.19.
Implementation contracts. 10.1. If the implementation of the action requires the beneficiary(ies) to procure goods, w orks or services, it shall respect the contract-award rules and rules of nationality and origin set out in Annex IV of this contract.
Implementation contracts. Where the value of the procurement contract awarded in accordance with the provisions of Article II.9 of the General Conditions exceeds EUR 12,500, the beneficiaries shall, in addition to the provisions laid down in Article II.9, abide by the following rules: • Contracts with a value between more than EUR 12.500 and EUR 25.000 are subject to a procedure involving at least three tenderers; • Contracts with a value between more than EUR 25.000 and EUR 60.000 are subject to a procedure involving at least five tenderers; • For contracts of a value over EUR 60.000, national rules with regard to procurement apply.
Implementation contracts. Contract management and monitoring tool as specified in this Agreement and the RFP shall play a critical role in monitoring the Contract compliance and hence will have to be customized accordingly. The third-party testing and audit of the system shall put sufficient emphasis on ensuring the capability of Contract management and monitoring tool to capture Contract compliance correctly and as specified in this Agreement and the RFP. The System Integrator must deploy Contract management and monitoring tool and provide for capturing the required data for Contract report generation in automated way. This tool should generate the Contract management and monitoring report at the end of every month and every quarter which is to be shared with ITPO. ITPO will audit the tool and the scripts on a regular basis. Where required, some of the service levels will be assessed through audits or reports e.g., utilization reports, measurements reports, etc., as appropriate to be provided by the System Integrators on a quarterly basis, in the formats as required by ITPO.
