Implementation of Development Plans. Each Party will inform the Joint Development Committee of ongoing implementation of the Development Plan and consider timely recommendations for improving the Development Plan. In connection with the preparation and implementation of the Development Plan, HGS and NVS will make available to the Joint Development Committee any information then in their possession pertaining to the Collaboration Products useful for such Development activities. For Non-Global Development Activities undertaken by NVS, the oversight of the JDC shall not include the timing and budget related to such activities.
