IMPLEMENTATION OF LIMITATIONS. The Storage Facility Manager may take any measures deemed necessary to avoid withdrawing or delivering, on any Day whatsoever and in any Hour whatsoever, a Quantity of Gas that exceeds any of the limitations specified in this article 5, without the Customer being able to claim any loss as a result.
IMPLEMENTATION OF LIMITATIONS. The Operator shall not be obliged to receive Cargoes or send out Natural Gas, on any Day, if one of the limitations referred to in Article 22 is violated, without the Shipper being entitled to invoke any prejudice in this regard.
IMPLEMENTATION OF LIMITATIONS. The Operator shall be under no Reception or Send-Out obligation, on any Day, if one of the conditions referred to in this article is not complied with and without the Shipper being entitled to invoke any prejudice due to this fact.
IMPLEMENTATION OF LIMITATIONS. The TSO may take any measure it judges necessary, specifically the putting in place of flow limiters or the closure of one or more Delivery Position(s), to avoid taking off or delivering, on any Day or at any Time whatsoever, a Quantity of Energy not complying with any of the limitations covered above, without the Shipper being entitled to assert any claim of loss by this fact.
IMPLEMENTATION OF LIMITATIONS. The Operator may take all measures that it considers appropriate in order to avoid taking off, transmitting or delivering, on any Day or at any Hour, a quantity of Gas that is not within any of the limitations stated in this clause 3, without the Shipper being able to invoke any prejudice whatever in terms of this fact.
